This is a 4 bedroom beach front home with a guest house in the gated community of Las Conchas.
The beach front 4 bedroom home with a 1 bedroom guest house sits on a 1/2 acre dune beach front lot. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a large living-room, a dinning-room, and a kitchen. There are plenty of windows throughout the house providing a view of the blue sky as it meets the beautiful Sea of Cortez and the rolling sand dunes that come right up to the house.
All beds are top quality new beds with new liens and towels.
Take a horse ride down the beach, sail, kayak, kite surf, ride ATVs These can all be arranged for you. Or perhaps you might want to just sit on the patio and enjoy some of the best sunsets in the world.
There is nothing like a massage on the patio with the Sea of Cortez as the back drop. New starting in he fall of 2014- Massage Therapy. We can provide a therapist if you like - $45.00 for one hour or two hours for $80.00. Contact Rita for more information on massage therapy while on vacation.
Please just ask if you would like a massage or spa service right at the house, horse beach rides or kayaks. We can arrange all of these activities for you.

The guest house is available for larger groups at an additional fee of $50.00 per night. There are one time cleaning fees of $65.00 for the main house and $35.00 for the guest house.

The neighborhood consists of homes on each side (east and west); the ocean is on the south side with open desert on the north side. This combination leaves you with a very private setting and uncrowded beach time.
Taxis are available to and from the home. Sorry, no buses out here. Our favorite way to get around is to just stand at the end of the driveway and stick out a thumb. We meet the coolest people that way.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans and a gas grill for outdoor grilling; and an old charcoal grill for those that like charcoal or wood. Sofa beds and futons are bring your own linens (sheets).
