We have a little casita behind our home. It's small and cozy, has 2 double bunks and 2 twins, and a sofa bed accommodating a total of 8 people. It only has but just one tiny bath. We are close to the beach, malecon, and many events in town. The house is for you alone. We share the driveway and the patio and there is parking for multiple cars on the street in front of the house.
This is a Mexican neighborhood, the street is not paved, but it's just two blocks from paved streets and very close to Malecon, beach etc.
Don’t expect luxury. This is a great little place for a good price. Sleeps 6 plus sofa bed will allow for a total of 8. We rent this for $10 per person per night. 2 person or a $20 minimum.
On another note, we ask you to give us a five star review based on the house and accommodations and not expect a five star Hilton or Ritz Carlton or Marriott hotel room. We’re providing a low-cost place for people to stay and enjoy the beach in Rocky point. We do our utmost to provide a clean and comfortable place for you to stay with a kitchen equipped with a gas oven/stove and built it microwave plus enough dishes and pots and pans to create a simple meal and save on your vacation budget.

Taxis are cheap and if you can walk a couple of miles you can get to a lot of stuff on foot including: beach, restaurants, shops, events in the malecon bars etc. A bicycle is great also. Most people who visit us have a car but in this neighborhood it's not essential.
We will provide a code to the electronic door lock and lockbox for the gate.
We are not always in town to talk to but if we are at our house, just behine this one, feel free to ask questions if you need something.
We do have staff. If we are not in town and a maintenance need arises, please let our staff know. We will also check that occupancy is what was paid for.
