It is a newer unit with nice upgrades and all new appliances and fixtures. Built to American standards the home is outfitted with safety features like GFCI outlets and proper electric breakers, central air conditioning and heat.
We can provide a cook and cleaning staff during you stay for a small fee. You buy the food and Carmen will cook great Mexican meals, breakfast, lunch and dinners or order by the piece: Tamales, Burritos and home made flour tortillas. Contact us to arrange for her to do the food shopping for you.
New starting in he fall of 2014 - Massage Therapy. We can provide a therapist if you like - $45.00 for one hour or two hours for $80.00. Contact Rita for more information on massage therapy while on vacation.
Please just ask if you would like a massage or spa service right at the house, horse beach rides or kayaks. We can arrange all of these activities for you.

The house is on a digital dead bolt lock and you will need to contact us for the code prior to heading to the home for your stay.
This home is close to the beach and clubs. There is garage parking for your car or motorcycles. It is a fun area with great snorkeling and high tide swimming.
Let us know when you plan to arrive and we will do our best to have the AC turned on and ready for you. You must give us at least 5 hours notice for Carmen to get over and turn on the breaker for the HVAC. Turn off the HVAC breaker when you leave unless we ask you to leave it on.
